Snails Marín was founded in 2001 although its origins and traditional recipes dating back to 1970, since it was the first generation (Concepcion and Francisco), the pioneer and inventor of those wonderful recipes of Caracoles, Pleiades, Meat Sauce Chicken and Liver, as we tasted in his famous Bar “BAR MARIN”.
We have over 40 years of industry experience, we work with top quality raw materials for the excellence of our products and differentiate well, the rest of our competitors. We specialize in Snails and Pleiades but due to the request of many of our customers we have launched 2 new dishes: meat sauce and chicken liver sauce.
Our philosophy and primary goal is not the quantity but the quality and excellence is why our production is completely handmade and limited.
